Social Sail

The most popular social program at Chicago Sailing is the Social Sail. It's a fun event where members join other sailors and staff members in a casual sailing get-together. Bring your friends or make new ones as a part of a floating party. The Social Sail brings together like-minded enthusiasts who understand that sailing is more than a sport - it's a lifestyle.

Social sailing is also an effective way to hone your sailing skills. There is always something new to learn from your shipmates and those another boats. And if you are intent upon learning even more, our staff is available for instruction on an hourly basis.

Tuesday*, Thursday, 5:30pm until dusk and
Sunday mornings from 8:30am - 11:30am and
Sunday evenings from 5:30pm - sunset.

Social Sailing - $50 per sailor
With instructor (additional $45/ boat)
* BBQ night - Additional $10 per person
